Oh Coffee Coffee and more Coffee!!! I cannot get enough of it!! Before going off sugar, I used to have the regular cap with whole milk (which killed my stomach) but like I said Coffee Coffee Coffee. Now, I drink my coffee black as night, which I never thought I would be able to do but I have a greater appreciation for flavors these days. I realized I never just stopped to appreciate the process it takes to make something; finding the perfect bean, brewing it just right to make sure not to affect the various flavors, I never really stopped to appreciate these things. This all changed when I had a perfect cup of Turkish Coffee in Serbia, random I know. I was starting off my journey of no sugar slowly, so I started with no milk or sugar in my coffee and this is when my appreciation for all the flavors I was finally able to taste, free from additives . . . just me and the bean. I know I should get off my high horse now but truly if you get the chance, and the right brew try all black coffee, and whether bitter, gritty or whatever it may be, look at it from a different perspective, taste the flavors and savor the blend <3
